YOUR RIGHTS

By registering on www.opscooters.com  you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

When acknowledgement of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a “confirmation of order”. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

DELIVERY

Delivery takes usually between 4-7 working days ( exclude Saturday,Sunday)

The cost of delivery is as stated on your order.

We can usually arrange delivery between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If you are unavailable to take delivery of your order then you can request that our courier leaves it in a safe place or with a neighbour. However, we regret that we can accept no responsibility for subsequent damage that may occur, once the order has been left at the delivery address.

If at a first attempt the courier fails to deliver the order then they will leave a card and it will be up to the recipient to make arrangements to receive the order from them. The courier will try to deliver the order once more free of charge, after this they will charge out at their standard rate, this will be advised by the courier at the time of arranging any subsequent deliveries.

RETURNS

If you wish to return your Product, please contact us at support@opscooters.com or phone 0044 (0)7841 538 195. Please note the following –

Upon delivery

1)If your product is broken or spoiled upon delivery then you must notify us immediately or within 14 days, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid.

Out of the box

Carefully inspect and assemble your product as per the instructions. If you notice a manufacturers defect you must –

1) Notify us immediately or within 30 days of purchase, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid.

2) Any defective product or part will be replaced at our cost, upon inspection.You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. We advise taking pictures first and discussing with our customer service team.

Returning

If you would like to return your product for any other reason, please note –

1) You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by contacting us via email on support@opscooters.com

2) You will have responsibility for looking after the items until we collect

3) A complete returns form filled in and submitted in the box, available from support@opscooters.com.

4) Your product must be unused and in original packaging to prevent any further damage

5) The cost of returning your product cannot be refunded

6) If you have paid duty on an item that has been delivered to you but you are now returning to us, you should be able to claim the duty from your local customs office.

7) All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us, providing that the merchandise has been collected by our courier.

Your Rights

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which can be found at: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2015/15/contents

AVAILABILITY

Unfortunately from time to time items may become unavailable, we will do our best to minimise this occurrence however if it should happen then we will contact you to suggest an appropriate alternative.

PRICE & PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Our prices include value added tax, and duty unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional.

We us or Paypal to collect/process transaction information.

We utilise secure servers and secure socket layer technology for the transfer of credit card details, we will continue to implement the latest technology as it becomes available to guarantee our customers peace of mind and safe shopping. There are also security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to it is restricted within the company.
